SPORTING MORE SOLIDAIR Sporting, trough the project “Sporting Solidairio”, and Milupa, trough the project SupportingLives, start a partnership to support the SOS Village of Guarda.

Miguel Salema Garçao-communications and PR director of Sporting Group, Joao Moutinho-captain of the football team and Severino de Sousa-Board Member of Milupa, presented in the Sporting/Puma, academy about the new partnership of Sporting and Milupa with the objective of supporting the children of SOS Village Guarda.

This village, chosen because of its inland situation. For Miguel Salema Garção “this action, part of the project “Sporting Solidario”, it is part of what is called Social responsibility and enterprise citizenship”. Severino de Sousa appreciated the opportunity to associate the Brand he represents to the big brand that is Sporting and assured that the objective of Milupa, in this partnership, “is not economics, but uniquely Social”.

The Captain of the SCP team considered that “due to the visibility of Sporting, it is our mission to support and bring smiles to the needy children.”

The children of SOS Village of Guarda are going to be invited to the football match between SCP and Paços de Ferreira, on the 22nd of December.In the ticket office of the stadium Jose de Alvalade will be for sale wrist bracelets and the raised money will be invested in helping the village.
